Police are investigating a case where a 22-year-old Coal Center man is being harassed on Facebook.

According to the police report, Daniel Plumley said an individual is blackmailing him on Facebook through private messages.

Plumley said the harasser demanded $500 or a private video of Plumley will be posted online. Plumley claims the video was hacked from his computer.

The harasser told Plumley to send the money through Western Union to Saad Mihimi in the country of Morocco, police said.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact police.
